Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the time the order was placed online. You must email email@example.com to request a cancellation within 24 hours. Please include your full name, contact phone number, order number, items orders and order total.
MATBOCK ships all orders via UPS but accept returns via USPS, FEDEX and UPS – Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days if product is in stock, not including weekend days. MATBOCK constantly strives to improve our gear and there may be times where we are modifying a product to improve its functionality. All customers will be notified if any item in their order is not in stock and the expected delivery date within 48 hours (weekdays only) of placing your order.
Expedited orders received after 8:00am (West Coast time, PST) will go out the next business day. Overnight orders will arrive on the 2nd business day after order was placed. 2nd day orders will arrive on the 3rd business day after order was placed. This does not include weekends or holidays.

At MATBOCK we take a great amount of pride in our products and work hard to provide our valued customers top of the line equipment. If at any time our products do not meet your needs please return the item by following our e-commerce return policy within 14 calendar days of customer receipt. Orders are subject to at 20% restocking fee. Items must be unused and in received condition. Refunds are not available on orders over $10,000.00 USD.
How to Return a Product Purchased from MATBOCK
A Return Authorization (RMA) must be requested up to 14 Calendar days from receipt of order. To secure an RMA contact us e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a RMS number and shipping address. Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via www.matbock.com. Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original packaging. It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items. If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been inspected. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking fees or refusal of your return.
