Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the time the order was placed online. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation within 24 hours. Please include your full name, contact phone number, order number, items orders and order total.
We ship with UPS but accept returns via USPS, FEDEX and UPS – Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Orders will be shipped within 2 days if product is in stock. MATBOCK constantly strives to improve our gear and there may be times where we are modifying a product to improve its functionality. All customers will be notified if any item in their order is not in stock and the expected delivery date within 24 hours of placing your order.
Expedited orders received after 8:00am (West Coast time, PST) will go out the next business day. Overnight orders will arrive on the 2nd business day after order was placed. 2nd day orders will arrive on the 3rd business day after order was placed. This does not include weekends or holidays.

E-Commerce Returns Policy
At MATBOCK we take a great amount of pride in our products and work hard to provide our valued customers top of the line equipment. If at any time our products do not meet your needs please return the item by following our e-commerce return policy within 30 days from the date your order was placed.
How to Return a Product Purchased from our E-Commerce Site
A Return Authorization (RMA) must be requested up to 30 days from the invoice date. To secure an RMA contact us e-mail at email@example.com - and we will provide a RMS number and shipping address Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via www.matbock.com. Items must be returned in its original condition and including the original packaging. It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items. If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been inspected. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking fees or refusal of your return.
