Return And Refund Policy 

At MATBOCK we take a great amount of pride in our products and work hard to provide our valued customers top of the line equipment. If at any time our products do not meet your needs please return the item by following our e-commerce return policy within 14 calendar days of customer receipt. Orders are subject to at 20% Restocking Fee. Items must be unused and in received condition. Refunds are not available on orders over $5,000.00 UDS.

How to Return a Product Purchased from MATBOCK

A Return Authorization (RMA) must be requested up to 14 Calendar days from receipt of order.  To secure an RMA contact us e-mail at orders@matbock.com of fill our our contact form with your order details and we will provide a RMA number and shipping address. Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via www.matbock.com. Items must be returned in its original condition and including the original packaging. It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items. If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been inspected. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking fees or refusal of your return.

MATBOCK Lifetime Limited Warranty

At MATBOCK, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.

What is Covered

  • Manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Replacement or repair, at MATBOCK’s discretion, of any defective product covered under this warranty.

What is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, modification, or unauthorized repair.

  • Damage resulting from exposure to extreme conditions outside intended use.

Additional Information

  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase.

  • MATBOCK reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the product prior to approving a claim.

  • Shipping and handling costs may apply for warranty services.

  • Orders may be shipped in separate boxes, and items may arrive at different times.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product at MATBOCK’s sole discretion. MATBOCK is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of the product.
