Introducing the all new Gen2 R-LIFT that maintains all the great features and ease of use of Gen1, but deceases weight and size, and increases abrasion resistance, strength and decontamination capabilities. The R-LIFT is a fully rigid litter that deploys in seconds, weighs only 6 lbs on its own and only 6.5 lbs with the carrying pack. It boasts a maximum load carrying capacity of 400 lbs. The litter is constructed from Ultra High-Density Polyethylene, offering extremely high abrasion resistance and strength, inability to absorb blood, pathogens, chemical or biological hazards, and still decrease weight and size. Additionally, the R-LIFT is now constructed entirely with Kevlar webbing and thread so no part of your stretcher will become contaminated beyond decontamination capabilities. The R-LIFT comes with a built-in inflatable air bladder designed to support the head and align the spine. Additionally, the R-LIFT comes with a replaceable integrated emergency blanket that can be deployed quickly to prevent hypothermia.
Lastly, the stretcher offers patient securing straps designed to keep the patient securely attached while moving over rough terrain.
Easy and fast to assemble with only 1 person; the R-LIFT is compact for easy storage and transport. The newly designed carrier allows for storage of the R-LIFT either disassembled or partially assembled and a three flap design for quick but secure packing while in the field.

Combat Carbon Poles
These collapsible Combat Carbon Poles are easily integrated with the Lightweight Integrated Field Transport (LIFT) System. Designed with this principle in mind, “Ounces Equal Pounds”! Weighing just 1.3 lbs a piece, a max carrying capacity of 400 lbs, and designed to collapse small enough to be worn on the back of any plate carrier, these poles shed weight without compromising capability for transporting casualties.
Fully extended pole: 7 ft 6¼ inches long held together with bungee
Diameter: 1⅜ to 1¼ inches
Collapses into 5 sections: 1 ft 9¼ inches long
Weight: 2 lbs 9.6 oz for the set
At 6.5 feet long, the stretcher is long enough to accommodate all operators and has a maximum carrying capacity of 400 lbs for both the operator and his/her gear. The stretcher has 5 handles per side to give each team a multitude of configurations for carrying a downed man. When paired with the Combat Carbon Poles (sold separately), you get the lightest semi-rigid expedient medical litter / stretcher available at only 3.5 lbs total weight. Combat Carbon Poles found here
Additionally, the litter collapses and zips together to form an essential multipurpose lightweight bag for operators to collect items such as Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE) Material or gear from a downed man. The bag is augmented with a single adjustable strap for easy carry when loaded, a drawstring to secure the bag contents, and is small enough to fold up and be stored in a cargo pocket.
The Jungle LIFT (J-LIFT) Gen 2 just got even smaller and lighter.Dropping over 60% of the weight from Gen 1, over half the size in volume, and increased capabilities for strength, abrasion resistance and decontamination. The Jungle is a tough environment and this litter is equally as tough. Made from Ultra High-Density Polyethylene, it will not absorb water, biological or chemical hazards and can handle decontamination in all standard chemicals without degradation in strength or abrasion resistance. Additionally, the stretcher is constructed with Kevlar stitching to ensure even the stitching won’t absorb those hazards. The litter can also double as a hammock; however, we would recommend a bug net on the bottom and top. Lastly, the J-LIFT is compatible with the Combat Carbon Poles.
The J-LIFT epitomizes the saying “Buy quality, cry once – Buy cheap and cry forever”
6" W x 5.5" L x 1.5" D in case
26" W x 78" L when deployed

Rapid IFAK Deployment Pouch
The Rapid IFAK Deployment (RID) pouch was specifically designed to support post assault operations when dealing with an active shooter. The pouch is designed to hold 7 x Phokus Research Group "Shield Kits" for immediate care as well as a MATBOCK J-LIFT or 5 Shield Kits and an S-LIFT (internal products sold separately). It can be worn as a stand-alone fanny pack or cross chest attachment, MOLLE or mounted to an operators belt. The versatile design allows for endless possibilities to support the operators needs.
RID Pouch Weighs: 7oz
Developed in coordination with some of the leading medics and combat first responders, the MATBOCK Backdraft is for small teams with relatively quick access to higher levels of care. The unit mounts on the back of the plate carrier via MATBOCK Ghost Tabs and is split into 2 separate removable pouches that are held in place via Velcro. The unit was designed to split medical equipment between bleeding and airway and is run in this setup by different units.
The bottom of each pouch is attached to an adjustable lanyard that connects to the side panel of the plate carrier. When the operator requires the contents of one of the pouches, he or she simply pulls the lanyard, releasing that pouch.
The pack does not come equipped with any medical supplies at this time and is not limited to medical purposes only, but was initially designed for the medic. The back panel of the unit and the pouches are Tegris to give them rigidity. The pouches are made of MATBOCK's extremely lightweight and strong Ghost Lite. Additionally, because the material is completely waterproof, the contents of the bag will remain protected from the environments.
Backdraft weighs 8 oz Each pocket is 10” x 4” x 3”

The OsteoFX Casting System from MATBOCK is now fully in stock and has been added to the DAPA schedule. We introduced this a few months back but MATBOCK now has the system fully available in different diameters from 2 inches (pediatric) up to 5 inches, all in various lengths for arms and legs. The cast system is easier to use than current systems, available at the same cost, and reduces some of the risks involved with current technologies. With the roll on method, there is reduced pain to the patient during application as well as the elimination of the risk of over tightening compared to wrapping methods. Additionally, because the system can breathe and dry, there is no reason for recasting in the event of exposure to water such as showering or swimming and these activities are encouraged with the OsteoFX. The material is also radiolucent for an X-rays that may be needed after application.
Easy to apply with less mess
Lightweight and breathable
Water resistant for swimming and showering
Little to no skin issues
Cost effective with reduced application times and reduced waste
